NO secret key

Question

NO secret key, unable to login and use my password. I am going around in circles. I already sent an email, waiting on an answer but I need to login to stuff asap. HELP!!!

Hey Sarai! If you're using 1Password for Individuals or Families, then you would've been prompted to print and save your Emergency Kit somewhere for safe keeping when you originally created your account.

With that said, though, if you're using 1Password as apart of a Team or Business that utilizes Single Sign On (SSO) then you likely won't have a Secret Key, and you can instead reach out to the account administrator to initiate the recovery process.
