Not able to pay even after trying 3 CC, not able to buy gift cards as well, based out of India.

Hi,
I am not able to pay for the subscription even after trying with 3 different credit cards. I tried purchasing gift cards multiple times but the transaction fails there too. I tried switching my credit cards in my PayPal account to buy gift card but not able to pay. Can you please help me here? Don't want to get locked out.
