Not appearing in Sytem Settings and autofill

Question

1Password for Mac 8.10.40 (81040031)
Not appearing, what I tried:

reinstalled, restarted, 
uninstalled, restarted, installed.

It works in different browsers without major problems. Few months ago browser extension began to freeze/pause for 10-15 seconds when saving something. I reinstalled and now it's 2-3 seconds.

Using 1Password since ver. 6. It was never in system settings.  When ProtonPass began to show there I thought that 1Password is lagging behind with this feature. 
Today I found out that 1Password actually supports macOS system password extension.

Hello @DeppHeard! 👋Thank you for reaching out. 1Password doesn't use the "Autofill & Passwords" feature in macOS System Settings so you won't see it listed there. Instead you can fill and save logins using either 1Password in the browser (our browser extension) or using Universal Autofill (our own filling method that uses the 1Password filling brain): Use Universal Autofill in apps and browsers on your MacGet to know 1Password in your browserLet me know if you run into any issues. 🙂-Dave
