Notes field within a Medical Notes item

As per the title, my notes fields are displayed as a single line entry, rather than a multi-line free form filed as originally created in v7.

Also, I'm an avid user of Tab-Stops in notes fields. So, when you address this, can you please ensure that the Tab-Stops work correctly which, also includes displaying correctly when viewing my vault in accounts through MS Edge.
