When someone adds a document to 1Password will it update everyone that is using 1Password

Hello @squill! 👋

Thanks for the question! If you add a Document item, or a file attachment to another item, to a vault that only you have access to then no one else will be notified or have access to that item/file.

If you have add a Document item or file attachment to a shared vault that others have access to, as part of a 1Password Families or Teams or Business membership, then everyone with access to that vault will be able to access the item/file on their devices: Create and share vaults

In the main 1Password app you can right-click the vault in the sidebar and choose Manage Access... and you'll see who has access to that vault, like this example:

That example is from 1Password for Mac, but it works the same on Windows.
