Odd one.. passcode not matching preview?

I'll start off.. there is nothing confidential in this image, all info changed again (well, at least the passcode on the right, the preview??)

Interesting that in the left column, the code doesn't match the actual item? I just updated to a random entry and it never changes the original?

Not on this one, but I believe I have in the past.

Even duplicating it gives the same setup.
