Question

On my iPhone I get the message:Offline. Changes won't appear on your other devices until 1Password reconnects.I recently left my company so my work vault is now empty on the phone. All is working fine on my Macbook, but on IOS I get that message.1Password on my phone is at the latest version, 8.10.72.On the phone I can see my work Vault, but see no way to remove it. The Mac is only showing my family vaults.I did take the step to add a payment method to 1Password on the web.How do I get the phone working?

Hi @pylesr12, thanks for joining the community!

It sounds like that work vault might be causing the problem here. I'd like to ask you to try removing your work account from 1Password on your phone:

Open and unlock 1Password.
Tap the account/vault icon in the top right corner.
Select "Manage Accounts...".
Tap the overflow menu (⋮) next to your work account.
Select "Sign Out".

The directions were not exact, but I got to the Sign Out by looking around. THANK YOU! 1Password is now online and working! I could not have done it without you. I appreciate the quick response!
