Offline error (is 1Password down?) [RESOLVED]

I'm getting the same thing on my phone and windows computer. I've been trying to find a way to contact support directly, but I can't find anything. And their chat bot isn't loading.

It looks like 1Password knows about it and is working on it based on https://status.1password.com/

I'm seeing it on macOS using 1Password for Mac 8.10.58 (81058041). I wonder if it's the update, I only noticed the offline notification after it installed this version a few minutes ago.

Edit: Same on iOS using 8.10.58. So maybe not the update.

Edit 2: Also selecting a vault on the website just throws me back to the login page. Something is really borked here.

I'm getting the same error message on the Windows app. It won't let me create new logins ("1Password encountered a problem")

Same problem on IPad, Android, Windows using hard wired connection and wifi with at least 2 ISPs.

I'm on iOS and I'm getting this too.

It only seems to be affecting the app on my phone, as the 1Password app on my Mac is working fine and so is 1Password.com

Looks like a fix was just issued (5:07 p.m. EST), it worked for me at 5:10 p.m. EST. (I was experiencing the same error.)

The iOS app and the Mac app seem to be working fine now. Thanks for the quick fix guys 😀👍🏻
