Offline Error - Reconnect Fails

Just got this error on all my devices, including my Mac, and iPhone.
First time I'm ever seeing this and clicking Reconnect on my iPhone does nothing, it just shows the spinner.
I've tried logging in online, but the vault doesn't show, it lets me pick it, but never loads. What is going on with 1password right now?!

Edit - now when I try to login online, I get an unexpected error.

Can't login to 1Password.com

Browser console shows a 500 error (server)

Any actions in the iOS app that talk to 1Password servers don't work and display one of these errors.

According to the Status Page all is ok - so that's obviously not much use!

They've updated the status page: https://1password.statuspage.io

It's a global outage.
