On Windows, Chrome extensions can't connect to the client for unlocking.

Question

Latest Windows client version: 8.10.76; Chrome extension version: 8.10.75.1.

I reported the same issue via email in 2023. Back then, I resolved it by extracting a GlobalSign certificate and re - importing it into the problematic computer. However, after updating to version 8.10.76 today, the same problem has resurfaced, and the method of re - importing the certificate no longer works.

Hello @LenGary! 👋I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when unlocking 1Password. It looks like the communication between the desktop app and the browser extension isn't working.
