One Password Thumb security on Motorola Edge 50 - Android 14

Question

I have installed the app on my new phone but it continues to ask for the password and sometimes the MFA password. It will not use the Bio security using my thumb or finger print. Any one else had this issue.

Just to confirm, have you followed the steps in this guide to turn on biometric unlock for 1Password: Use your fingerprint, face, or iris to unlock 1Password on your Android deviceCan you also clarify what you mean by "the MFA password"?
