Opening shared link error. Something went wrong. Failed to load item

Question

I have two separate clients that I have previously shared separate login details (coincidentally or not via WhatsApp) with using the shared link option and all of a sudden today and yesterday they have both received the above error when try to open the link. I have tried the link and of course it works for me. To my knowledge they are not 1Password users.

Anyone else having this error appear while sharing a 1Password link?

Hey @joelscottjr, my sincere apologies for the delay in response. We've had a larger inflow of tickets lately and appreciate your patience with us on this issue.

The errors do appear to be different. If you update the items then send your clients new links, does that change anything?
