os-x: export errror: Unable to export 1PUX: "Check your internet connection and try again"

I'm sorry that you're unable to export a 1PUX file, thank you for sharing the troubleshooting that you've tried so far. So that I can investigate your case further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:

I'm sorry that you're also running into an issue when exporting your items. If you're running macOS 15 then try these steps:

1. Click the  Apple menu and then click System Settings.
2. Choose the Privacy & Security tab and choose Full Disk Access.
3. Click the + add button and choose 1Password.app from the Applications folder in the dialog box that appears. Click Open.
4. Choose Quit & Reopen when prompted.
5. Try exporting again.

If that doesn't work, or you're not using macOS 15, then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
