os-x: export errror: Unable to export 1PUX: "Check your internet connection and try again"

I have enabled full disk access for 1 password.

Hello @Potemkin! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to export your items, by "os-x" I assume that you're using 1Password on a Mac? I know that you're already mentioned enabling full disk access for 1Password but can you double-check with these steps: 

  1. Click the  Apple menu > System Settings...
  2. Choose the Privacy & Security tab > Full Disk Access.
  3. Click the + add button and choose 1Password.app from the Applications folder in the dialog box that appears, and click Open.
  4. Right-click on the 1Password icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen and click Quit


Then, re-open 1Password from your Applications folder and try to export your items again. If that still doesn't work then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Mac: Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
