OTP doesn't fill on churchofjesuschrist.org

Question

I'm having the same OTP problem on this site (churchofjesuschrist.org) with Safari on Mac. It has been a problem for many months, but I have just recently validated that it happens to other users on different computers. Safari/Mac does not autofill the OTP using command + \. Also the little 1P icon in the OTP rarely works if autofill is used for username/password. If the icon is used on username, all the fields are done correctly.

I do not see the same problem with Chrome or Firefox on Mac.

Should I start a new thread with this? (seems like it's the same issue, but I could be wrong)

I've added your report to the internal work item for the issue. For the time being, copying and pasting your one-time password is the best option.-Dave#33874
