Hello @matzo! 👋

I'm sorry that you're seeing an error message when 1Password fills your one-time password.

So that we can get this fixed, could you please send the page structure of the webpage in question to our support team? Follow these steps:

  1. Open the website in question until you can see the one-time password field that you're referring to.
  2. Right-click on the page and click "1Password - Password Manager" > Help > Collect Page Structure.

Attach the resulting JSON file to an email message addressed to support@1Password.com

With your email please include:

  • A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/otp-not-recognised---webmail-login/154470
  • Your forum username: matzo
  • A link to the affected webpage.
  • Please do not post the file here on the forum.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

I have sent this info again.

This issue has been open for nearly 10 months, and I have had no action.

Can you please actually do some investigation?

I am a long term 1P user, but you dont care about your old customers who help you build your brand.

Aso there are multiple tickets for this issue, but they seem to have disappeared from your Community Support portal, I guess that is how you make issues disappear..

Just fix this please.

Please do something.

Hi @matzo, thanks for checking back in about this!

We've received your latest email, and someone from the team will get back to you there soon.

To avoid any wires getting crossed between the forum and email threads, it's best to keep the conversation in email from here so everything stays in one place while the team looks into the issue.
