pam-auth-update still needed on Ubuntu 22.04

Hey 1Password team!

We ran into this issue today, so it seems like this is still an issue with the latest .deb package.

apt list --installed | grep 1pass

1password/stable,now 8.10.28 amd64 [installed]

```
