Passkey for AliExpress

Question

On AliExpress.us, when I opt to create a passkey, I get “Choose how to manage your passkeys.” instead of 1passwords normal dialog to add a passkey. The buttons are Cancel and Open System Preferences. If I hit cancel, it prompts me to choose between iCloud, phone or tablet, Your Chrome Profile, or USB security key.

Seems like the 1password browser extension is not intercepting this one. I know the browser extension is working because I just added a passkey 10 minutes ago for another site.

I see that our Development team is aware of this issue for creating a passkey on Aliexpress, and I’ve added your report to our internal tracker for it. While I can’t comment on when a fix may become available, I recommend making sure to keep 1Password in your browser up to date to ensure you get any fix that may be included in future updates.
