passkey for Amazon app on Android will not save to existing record.

Question

1password gave the me option to create a passkey when I used it to enter my username and password for the Amazon Shopping app on my Pixel 8 Pro. The odd behavior is that it will not met me save it to any existing entry - it forces me to create a new entry in 1password to save the passkey. Is this a bug or working as designed? Thanks.

Hi @dmveron,Within the Amazon Shopping app settings, if you tap Your Account > Login & Security, tap Edit beside passkey, then tap Add a passkey, would the 1Password app popup appear similar to the one shown in the screenshot below, allowing you to update an existing item or would only the option to save a new item appear?-- Brendan
