Passkey issue with 1password mobile access?

Hi everyone,

We're noticing a strange issue where Android users report problems logging into our mobile app with 1Password passkeys. They get a "no passkey associated" message, even though it works fine on the web.

Is anyone else experiencing similar discrepancies with 1Password passkeys for other apps, where mobile access fails but web access works? We're trying to figure out if this is a broader issue.

Seems to be an issue that started a few weeks ago.

I'm sorry that your users are unable to sign in using a saved passkey. So that the team and I can investigate this further, I'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue one more time and then create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

Send a diagnostics report (Android)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:
