Passkey not available in PayPal

Though PayPal is identified in Watchtower as a Passkey candidate, going to my account in PayPal and attempting to create a Passkey results in the following screenshot. I'm using the most current version of 1Password for macOS and the Safari extension, as well as macOS Sonoma 14.0. Reading the FAQ referenced by the error message states that I should be able to do this with the versions of Safari and macOS I'm using. Any ideas?

Hello @LarryMcJ! 👋

Thanks for reporting the issue. It looks like that error message appears whether 1Password for Safari is enabled or not so this is likely an issue that needs to be reported to PayPal itself.

According to passkeys.directory, you can setup a passkey for PayPal by using Safari on a iOS device: Passkeys.directory
