Passkey pop-up partially obscured

Question

While trying to log in to the https://milogin.michigan.gov website using my passkey, the passkey pop-up appeared as usual in the upper-right corner of my browser window, but the bottom-half was cut off, as can be seen here:

Any suggested workaround?
