Passkey using Windows Laptop as "different device"

Question

HiI was trying to login to Binance on andoid using my android phone.  For some reason Binance does not pickup passkeys on android although it does on Windows 11.I decided to try using the function to use a QR code passkey function to scan the QR code from my android phone onto my Windows 11 laptop as a workaround.  I have now discovered that I cant use my Windows 11 laptop to scan passkeys QR codes from other devices to use passkeys stored in 1password on my laptop. Is there a way to use passkeys this way around on Windows?If not, are there any plans to? (FEATURE REQUEST PLEASE)Why does Binance not play nice with 1Password? (I assume 1P already knows but if not then Bug report please) Many thanks
