Passphrase required (8.10.9-29.BETA)

Hi @CologneGuy, thanks for reporting this behavior.

We are aware of an issue that when updating to beta version 8.10.9-29 Biometric unlock will be reset. When the app is first opened after the update your password will be required. After setting Biometric unlock back on from Settings > Security your password will be required again to finish Biometric unlock setup. From there on, your fingerprint should be accepted outside expected situations such as adding additional biometry to your device.

The development team is aware of this issue and working to resolve it for future updates. My apologies for any inconvinience.

If your password is required regularly I would suggested resetting Biometric unlock again:
I'd like to ask you to reset Biometric unlock:
1. Open and unlock 1Password for Android.
2. Tap the account or collection icon.
3. Tap Settings > Security.
4. If Biometric unlock is selected, select Password.
5. Select Biometric unlock.
6. Tap back and close the Settings menu.
7. Tap the account or collection icon > Lock.
8. Enter your account password and unlock 1Password.
