Password generator history is broken
Earlier today I did a password reset for my recently-created account the website ControlD.com - I allowed 1Password to auto-generate the password. But 1Password didn't save the newly generated password to its history of automatically-generated passwords. This was in Chrome, using the Chrome 1Password extension on Mac. (Note: ControlD doesn't require an initial password to create an account, just an email verification flow, so there was no initial credential for 1Password to update.)
After resetting the password, I wanted to go pull the automatically-generated password, but it wasn't stored in 1Password.
When I searched within the 1Password app on my Mac, there was *no menu option* to look at generated passwords at all. I confirmed the same behavior on my iPhone and within the 1Password browser extension. Where did they go?
I searched online for help and the 1Password support website claims that there is "generated passwords" within the menu trail, but I do not see those menu options. These instructions appear to be outdated: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/how-to-find-new-password-that-i-just-generated/54504
Where can I find auto-generated password history?
I'm using 1Password:
- 1Password for Mac 8.11.2 (81102018)
- 1Password for iOS 8.11.0 (81100029)
- 1Password browser extension version 8.10.82.29
