Password logins for separate email accounts

I have two separate email accounts; one at msn.com and another at yahoo.com. The setup seems to be different - when I try to create the username and password logins, 1Password isn't trying to save the info to my vault. So how does one do this for an email account?

FYI - I'm currently doing this with 1Password in the Firefox browser on a Win7 machine

I think I see it now - I found the link to "save a login manually in your browser". Right click on the browser icon and click save login.

This seems to have set me off in the right direction.
