Passwords in family account Not showing

Hi everyone, I am part of a family account. My wife and I have our own  vault with passwords. My wife can see "all of them", but i can see only a subset.

History: I had my own personal 1pw account. I gott added to the family account and somehow had the app twice. Deleted the "old" app. All is fine, i could add, see and use all passwords in our vault. 

Then my mobile Phone breaks without backup, i reinstall 1password, use my security code and so on. Then I cannot see most passwords. My account gets restored by the family account's admin, but same story.

Any idea how i can get access to all the passwords again?

Hi @Cunner, thanks for joining the community! I'm sorry there's been some friction switching to the new family account.

My wife and I have our own  vault with passwords. My wife can see "all of them", but i can see only a subset.

Just to confirm my understanding for next steps, can your wife see all the passwords you expect to see —yours, and any shared in addition to hers — or just all of her passwords? Thanks again!

Hi there, yes, she can see "my" passwords as well.

You mentioned working with your mobile phone, so lets start there and check if the items might be saved in a different account or vault than expected:

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password app on your mobile phone.
  2. Tap the icon in the top right corner, then select "All Accounts".
  3. Tap "Items" in the bottom navigation bar, then select "All Items"

 

Do you now see your items in the All Items list? If not, is the list of items different than what you see if you sign in on 1Password.com (from your phone of desktop) then select Home > All Vaults > All Items? Thanks again!
