PC Chrome not autofilling forms anymore

Hello,

Until about a month ago everything worked fine. 1Password would autofill all my forms and passwords. Suddenly it stopped working to autofill forms and only works for passwords and payment methods now.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the extension. Last night I uninstalled the extension then uninstalled chrome. I used a wipe tool to clear all the leftover directories from Chrome. Then restarted my PC and reinstalled Chrome and 1Password. Still it does not work.

What else can I do? 

Windows 11, Chrome version 138.0.7204.169
