Please allow separate "Offer to fill and save passwords" settings the 1Password browser extension

Question

I do not want 1Password to offer to fill passwords for me, but I do want it to ask to save new passwords.

I don't see a reason these two disparate settings should be tied together. The "offer to save" functionality is a great addition, and it doesn't add any new UI to the browser like the "offer to fill" functionality. I also find the "offer to fill" quite needless with the fill shortcut available from the extension.
