Please allow us to disable modal/blocking promotional popups

I've noticed that 1Password has started including modal/blocking popups to advertise new features. These interrupt workflow and are SUPER annoying. I would like to be able to turn them off.

In general it's an app practice that annoys users -- you might want to reconsider it.
