Question

Pop-up to save 'pw' is blocking selections when filling out online forms, like ADP, etc

When I'm filling out online forms for clients I constantly get pop-ups that ask me if I want to save into 1pw, for all kinds of things- addresses, phone numbers, other account info. Often times the pop-ups are blocking me from being able to see or select options in dropdown menus, some of which have to be selected and can't just be entered. I'm having to click on things I can't even see to see if the correct information populates.
How do I prevent all these pop-ups and slideouts asking me to save, or sign into other linked applications that are irrelevant or that I don't use?

Hello @ChelcieMCPA! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! You can turn off 1Password's auto-save prompts by following these steps:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
  3. Click Autofill & save
  4. Turn off the following:
    • Offer to save logins
    • Offer to save credit cards
    • Offer to save contact information
    • Offer to save "sign-in with" logins

If you still see an unexpected prompt after turning these off then please post a screenshot of the prompt and I can help further.
