Possibility of restoring data from live system or server backup

Does anyone know whether 1Password has the ability to restore user data from either their live system or server backup? I understand they have 35-day immutable backup, and I presume their live system has a grace period too, judging by the fact that they were able to restore this person's account (https://www.linkedin.com/posts/lexroman_dude-1password-deleted-my-families-entire-activity-7271163838899568640-R16O)

Would appreciate if anyone could share some information, thank you!
