Predictive text when typing in an email into login item

When editing or creating a login item when I go into the email/username spot the predictive text shows an old email address. Is it possible to change that email that is suggested so typing is less tedious.

I checked and the email that is suggested is no longer in my or my wife’s identity so not sure where it is coming from.

I apologize for the late response. I understand that you're seeing an email/username suggestion that you no longer wish to see. Is this when you're creating a new Login item from inside of the 1Password 7 for Mac app? Or when you're saving a new Login item using 1Password in the browser?

They came from old data in the identies. Didn’t realize.

Be helpful if could tag identities with certain contacts so that if a contact changed it would remind you to update an identity.
