Pressing Command + Tab + 'q' quits 1Password from the menu bar

I usually close apps by using the Command-Tab menu and then pressing 'q'.
However, when I do this, 1Password also quits from the menu bar. This is quite annoying because quick access won't work without 1password open in menu bar.
1password does not quits from menubar when I use Command + 'q' (without using command tab menu).

Hi there @404

You're quite right about this, and our Development team are already looking into the underlying cause of it. It is unexpected behaviour and I can see how it could be a nuisance if you routinely quit apps from the app switcher. I've added you to our internal tracker for this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. :)

I can confirm that this is fixed in 1Password for Mac 8.10.7 (81007041).
However there is a new issue where even though 1password quits, the 1password icon still show on Command-Tab menu:

@404

Thanks for reporting this, I can reproduce the issue as well and I've filed an internal work item so that our developers can investigate further. Hopefully this is something that we can improve in the future.

In the meantime, if you close the tab switcher after closing 1Password and then re-open the tab switcher the 1Password icon will no longer be there.
