When I signed up for the trial of 1Password, I saw a price of $5.24 CAD per month or $62.88 CAD a year.

Now that my trial is almost over, I am only offered a price of $83.88 CAD a year or 6.99 monthly.

And now no replies to my emails sent to mailto:support@1password.com?

Not very impresssed 1Password.

I'm sorry for the confusion. The discount doesn’t show up in the initial price. It’s applied after you add your payment method, which I understand can feel a bit confusing if you’re expecting to see the lower price right away and I'll share your feedback with our team internally.

Could you provide me with the Support ID of the ticket that you've opened (if you have one) so that I can find your ticket and make sure that our billing team takes a look at your specific situation?
