Problem Signin in with my 1password Desktop app

As stated on the title I've problem signing in with my 1password account on my Dell laptop desktopp app (Win10). I've tried several times adding all my data (Mail, sign in adress, secret key and password) and the app says I've mistyped something but everything is correct (checked multiple times). I've also tried to use the qr code but the app says I'm offline, the "Sign in on 1password" but typing error metioned as well and finally the "Use emergecy kit" but the app doesn't recognize my pdf file. What should I do? I also need to mention that I have a 2 factor auth with yubico key.

Hi @DanieleLivorno

If you can sign in to 1Password.com, try this method to sign in to the main 1Password app instead:

  1. Sign in to 1Password.com at this specific link: https://start.1password.com/apps/
  2. Click the blue Add your account directly button and click Open 1Password in any confirmation prompt that appears.
  3. Enter your account password when prompted and sign in.

(Change the link to 1password.ca or 1password.eu if necessary)
