Problem upgrading from 1Password 7 to new version

A few weeks ago, I downloaded a trial of the new 1Password software on my iPhone to test. It has quit working and also my older 1Password7 will no longer let me log in. This locks me out of over 70 passwords stored in it. I have tried to reach out to 1Password for help. So far none.

Any ideas how I can regain access either to the older version or complete setup and transfer to the new version.

To confirm, are you able to access your 1Password data on any of your devices currently?

Additionally, you mentioned that you reached out for help. Was this through email with our Support team? If so, could you share the Support ID found in the subject line of the response from the response you received? It should look something like [#ABC-12345-678].
