Problem was identified and suppositely fixed ( Safari extension needed to be restart )

Question

I did exchange with someone by email https://1password.community/discussion/149391/welcome-to-1password-keeps-appearing-in-my-browerq#latest
I was told the problem was identified and 1P. was in contact with Apple for the fix
So I deleted the emails we exchanged

It is still happening, less often but still

1P was updated, and the Beta list of fixes does not mention this

1Password Version: 8.10.56
Extension Version: 8.10.58.31
OS Version: 15.3
Browser: Safari
