Put Watchtower Categories in the Sidebar

I'm also here to +1 for this, @Jack_P_1P Not only would I like to see the Watchtower categories return, I'd like to see them with per-category item counts in the sidebar (when there's something to be counted, I mean), like 1P7 has. I actively use this. Having an item count is explicitly what tells me I have something in Watchtower that needs my attention.
