Quick access available with 1Password locked

Since the last update, 1Password has been opening the quick access even with the vault locked.
Of course, you can't search for anything, but if it were locked before this update it would show the unlock window.

Additionally, 1Password in the browser is not prompting 1Password for Windows to show the unlock window when it gets locked. The browser x Windows app integration is enabled (tried to disable and enable back again too).

Thank you for reporting the issues! There are a few improvements in the latest beta, can you update to 8.10.20-12 and let me know if you still encounter either issue?
