Not that I am aware of. I would recommend talking with the technical team so they can ask all the needed questions and determine if you're experiencing the same issue the others have reported.

I'm having this problem too. In my case, so far, I only noticed it happening when I have an RDP session open. I try to use the quick access to copy and paste some credentials, but it doesn't show. Even if I minimize the RDP window, it still doesn't work when I use the shortcut. However, if I open the app it fixes it (even by using the shortcut), and starts working normally again.

I'm sorry for the delay in replying. Are you still running into the issue with the latest versions of 1Password, Windows, and the Remote Desktop / Windows app? If you are then I'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue again and then create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:

Hi there. I haven't had the issue recently. If it happens again I'll try to export the logs.
