Quick Access opening on wrong desktop (in background)

Question

When triggering Quick Access either with keyboard shortcut or menu bar icon click, Quick Access is opening on my desktop 4 regardless of what desktop I am currently on. When this happens it takes focus from the frontmost app, but does not switch to the other desktop. When I am on the desktop 4, it does work correctly.

After a reboot, it seems to be working as expected again. Most of my 1P issues of late have been fixed with a restart. Feels like windows in 2010 :/
