Question

Quick Access shortcut has hijacked a common setting

The "CTRL+Shift+Space" shortcut on 1Password has hijacked one of my very common shortcuts from Microsoft Word (to insert a non-breaking space).

I can't see a way to change the Quick Access shortcut - and a quick search on the discussion forums here seems to indicate this has been a complaint for years.

My work on Microsoft Word has hard wired that shortcut into my brain - I have no desire to change that pattern of behaviour - how can we change it on 1Password? This is going to be a very significant issue for me - as in, "cancel my subscription" if it is not fixable, as this is an extremely important Word shortcut for me that I use across work and home devices.

Disregard... it took my a little while to find the correct setting (via the icon on the system tray, rather than via the browser settings that most guides led me to). Problem fixed.

@OzGuy69

I'm happy that you were able to resolve the issue. 🙂

If anyone else runs into the same issue, the keyboard shortcut for Quick Access can be changed using the steps in this guide: 1Password keyboard shortcuts
