Recover lost 2FA code

So tonight I was updating a saved login with a 2FA code on my phone as the website generated a QR code to scan. I then scanned this from my iPad which saved the 2FA codes to the login. Now when I go back to check the code on my phone, it shows up as expected, then updates and is no longer showing.

Is there a way to check the history of the saved login details & recover the 2FA codes?
