Register a USB key instead of a passkey?

This is a minor annoyance. Once 1Password is set up in the browser, it becomes impossible to register new USB FIDO keys. I recognize that Passkeys are safer overall, but the only way to get around this that I've found was to temporarily disable the browser extension when I got to the point where I want to register the key.
