Reinstate Family Member

I am the organizer for my family.  In trying to diagnose a problem with the account of one of my family members, I removed them from the family account.  When I tried to add them back by sending an invitation, I receive an error message that states, “A member with this email address already exists.”

 

Any suggestion about how to add this family member back?

I fully removed them.  The ticket number 657447.
