Remembering default numbers of list items in the web version

The default list item numbers (people in groups, people/vault lists in general) in the web version are a bit low for us, and given that the pagination is only on top of the lists, the usability is somewhat reduced.

It would be nice if lists remembered their last item count setting.

Also, the pagination would be really helpful also under the list, so that when one scrolls to the bottom, there is a clear indication that the last item may not be the last.
