Hello @rsbae! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't filling your login information on Japanpost.jp. This is a known issue that our developers are tracking internally and hopefully will be fixed in the future. For the time being, you should be able to fill your account number by following these steps:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password.
  2. Select your Japan Post Login item, then click "Edit".
  3. Click "+ add more", then select the "Text" option in the menu.
  4. Click the "text" field label, then rename it "focus1".
  5. Enter the digits for the first customer number field below the field name.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the two other customer number fields, naming the next fields "focus2" and "focus3".
  7. Click "Save" to commit the changes.

The resulting item should look like this (except containing your account number):

Once saved, visit the page again and click into the first account number field and choose the suggested item. 1Password should fill your account number into all three fields.

I hope that helps.

Thank you so much! That worked like a charm. I've been a long-time 1Password user, but never knew that you could do that for sites manually.
