Resize icon in the Editor after adding an image

Hello together.
I miss in version 8 that after manually adding an image to the icon, that you can still reduce, enlarge or move it afterwards, as it was still possible in version 7.x.

There is no possibility to edit the icon.
I ask very much that this functionality is restored.
