Safari browser extension breaks when visiting github.com

If I click on the icon, it briefly exposes the window and then collapses. After that the icon seems detached from the Toolbar and overlaps other icons. It no longer responds to clicks.

I have most features turned off in the extension's settings. The only sliders set to on are "Inegrate with 1Password app", "Allow 1Password to show system notifications", and "Watchtower alerts".

Some small indicator appears at the top right of the icon when visiting that site. Presumably advertising some alert or feature.

Hi @Baz, thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like you may be running into a know issue. Can you confirm if you're seeing a small purple dot on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and experiencing the same behaviour user's were experiencing in the thread linked below?

It is exactly the same issue and the steps to fix it worked for me. Thanks for the quick response.
